e-REPORTS

All reports, provided under this section, are actual run time reports created by entry data online by each and every office of the department. Therefore these reports are always updated up to the login time of the user.

e-REPORTS is the main feature for public and business partners provides all reports regarding works, allotment, expenditure, official records and registered contractors in the department and print out may be taken free of charge. Detail procedure is explained in HELP under e-REPORTS.

e- SUGGESTIONS

e-SUGGESTIONS facilitate the user, business partner or employees to submit their valuable suggestions, in English or in Hindi to the department with respect to the web application and web site of the department.

PWDONLINE

User ID and Pass Word base access has been provided to the employees of the Public Works Department for day to day online working and updating records.

ADMINLOGIN

User ID and Pass Word base access facility for administrative control and supervision or assistance has been provided. PWD Admin may supervise whole work executed online by any officer or employee of the department but has no access to save, edit or delete the data entered by an authorized person. At present ID to Principal Secretary of Public Works Department, Accountant General of the State and Engineer-in-Chief has been provided.

EMAIL

List of e-mail address of the department’s office is provided. Link of departmental officer is available to use the NIC mail server for official use. Email sent by authorized person on official email will be considered of department’s working

Schedule of Rates for Roads, Buildings and Bridge work used for estimation are provided in PDF form and may be downloaded and print out may be taken free of charge.
