With a view to bring into existence a centrally controlled administered mechanism involving Pensioners of Chhattisgarh, the Pensioners' Portal would function as a single window mechanism.
The  divisional Joint Directors (Raipur, Bilaspur and Jagdalpur) are the pension sanctioning authority for all State Government employees. The Accountant General of Chhattisgarh is the pension sanctioning authority for the Higher Judicial Services, All India Services and MLAs.
